We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below: Job Title: Proposal Writer – (Law Graduate, Language Majors and/or Motivated Writer) Location: Oyo Job Description o Review RFPs required to develop proposals and needed kickoff materials o Gather proposal information by identifying sources, coordinate submissions and collections, and identify and communicate risks associated with such proposals o Develop proposal outline, compliance matrix, and proposal schedule o Gather information by conversing with subject matter experts and write various proposal sections, including executive summaries, past performance/qualification summaries and resumes o Review/rewrite proposal inputs and coordinate with management personnel to ensure accuracy o Create and maintain a proposal library/database – both hard copy and electronic o Work alongside with other departments of the organization like the sales department, HR department, accounts department etc. o Manages all the activities related to the proposal writing o And any other related duties. Additional Responsibilities: o May assist in preparing statistical summaries and reports. o May assist Business Development Team with other forms of communication/solicitation o May perform other duties as directed by immediate superiors Qualifications and Requirements o Possess a minimum of bachelor degree of in English Language, LL.B (Law) and any related field o If not above, a proven experience/capability in proposal writing will be considered suitable o Have strong skill in interpersonal relation and communication and writing o Strong ability to summarize data concisely o Ability to work with limited supervision and high motivation o Good reasoning abilities o Sound judgment and resourcefulness o Ability to work well under pressure, meeting multiple and sometimes conflicting deadlines and o A good computer skills (usage and terms) Application Closing Date 26th June, 2017.
