The Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association has published the list of members who voted in the 2026 NBA National Elections, arranged according to branches.

In a notice dated July 19, 2026, the ECNBA said the document contains the names of members who successfully exercised their franchise in the election, with certain personal details redacted in compliance with applicable data privacy laws and the Committee’s obligation to protect voter confidentiality.

According to the Committee, the official document, titled “List of Members Who Voted — Sorted by Branch,” contains the names of members who successfully cast their votes in the election, arranged alphabetically by branch.

It said the document also shows the branch affiliation of each voter, the total number of voters per branch, and the overall national total of members who participated in the election.

The ECNBA stated that the publication was made in fulfilment of its constitutional obligation under Part V of the NBA Constitution.

According to the Committee, Part V of the NBA Constitution mandates the Electoral Committee to publish, within 12 hours after the close of voting, the list of voters from each branch and transmit the same by email to all candidates in the election.

“This publication is made in direct compliance with that constitutional provision,” the ECNBA stated.

The Committee reaffirmed its commitment to transparency, openness and accountability in the administration of the election.

It also stated that the list was hosted on Google Drive and could be viewed without sign-in.
