The Capital Market Solicitors Association (CMSA) has announced that its 2025 Annual Business Summit (ABS) will hold on June 25, 2025, at the Lagos Oriental Hotel, with a focus on the recently enacted Investment and Securities Act (ISA) 2025.

Themed “Investment and Securities Act 2025: Innovations and Opportunities in the Nigerian Capital Market,” this year’s summit comes at a pivotal moment in the evolution of Nigeria’s capital market regulatory landscape. The new ISA 2025 replaces the 2007 Act, introducing sweeping reforms aimed at aligning Nigeria’s capital market framework with international standards.
