The Capital Market Solicitors’ Association (CMSA) has announced its Annual Business Summit (ABS) scheduled to hold on June 25, 2025, at the prestigious Lagos Oriental Hotel, Victoria Island.

Touted as the association’s flagship event, the 2025 edition promises to be a pivotal gathering of Nigeria’s capital market stakeholders, legal experts, policymakers, and financial professionals. This year’s Summit is themed: “The Investment and Securities Act 2025: Innovations and Opportunities in the Nigerian Capital Market.”
The CMSA is a self-regulatory body composed of commercial law firms and solicitors practicing in Nigeria’s capital markets space. Its primary focus is promoting thought leadership, policy engagement, and legal excellence within the sector.
The association’s current Chairman is Mr. Odiaka Vincent Iweze, Partner at Pentagon Partners LP, while the Chairperson of the 2025 ABS Planning Committee is Ms. Simisola Eyisanmi, Partner at Duale, Ovia & Alex-Adedipe.
