The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Lagos Branch, through its In-House and Government Counsel Forum, is set to host a Mentorship, Roundtable, and Networking Event aimed at fostering professional development, strategic collaboration, and meaningful engagement among legal practitioners.

The event is scheduled for Saturday, 12th April 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the PAS World Centre, Plot 7, Block 10, 17 Layi Yusuf Crescent, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos. (Venue can be located via “Punuka” on Google Maps.)

Described as a flagship initiative, the Forum promises to deliver a unique experience designed to build capacity, spark honest conversations, and elevate the role of in-house and government counsel within the legal profession. It also offers an opportunity for external counsel to engage directly with in-house leaders in an environment that promotes authentic exchange and strategic networking.

Participation in the event is free; however, prior registration is mandatory. Interested attendees are required to register via this link.

Speaking ahead of the event, Uchenna Ogunedo Akingbade, Liaison Officer of the NBA Lagos In-House and Government Counsel Forum, expressed optimism that the event will inspire transformative conversations and strengthen professional ties within the Bar.

“We look forward to seeing our colleagues there as we engage in transformative conversations and build a stronger, more connected Bar,” Akingbade said.
