This virtual event is scheduled for August 15th, 2024, from 10 am to 1 pm via Zoom.
The training program is designed to equip mediators with the essential skills of emotional intelligence, which are crucial for effective and efficient mediation practice. Participants will gain a deep understanding of how their behavior, thoughts, and beliefs can impact the parties involved in a mediation process.
