The Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) Warri Branch has kicked off its highly anticipated Law Week 2024, scheduled to take place from April 13th to 17th, 2024.

The theme for this year’s event is “Emerging Trends in Legal Practice & Administration of Justice: Challenges & Prospects.”

The Opening Plenary, which will be held on Monday, April 15th, 2024, at the RCCG Hall Along Chevron Clinic Road, Warri, will feature esteemed speakers including Prof. (Justice) Alaba Omolaye-Ajileye from the National Open University of Nigeria as the Keynote Speaker, and Hon. Justice T. O. Diai, the Chief Judge of Delta State, as the Chairman of Plenary.

The event, organized under the leadership of Chief Oghenero Okoro, the Branch Chairman, and Chief Emmanuel O. Uti, aims to bring together legal practitioners, scholars, and stakeholders to discuss emerging trends and challenges in the field of law and the administration of justice.

During the five-day event, participants will engage in thought-provoking sessions, workshops, and panel discussions covering various aspects of legal practice and the justice system. The organizers have carefully curated a lineup of distinguished speakers and panelists who will share their insights and expertise on pressing legal issues.
