Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to clients on commercial, property, and litigation matters
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations
- Collaborate with partners on complex legal matters
- Maintain client relationships and provide exceptional client service
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university
- Minimum of 6-8 years of post-qualification experience in commercial, property, and litigation law
- Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Membership in the Nigerian Bar Association
