The Nigerian Law School has officially announced the programme for the 2024 Bar II Final (Resit) Examinations.

The registration period for the examinations will commence on March 18, 2024, and conclude on March 31, 2024. Candidates are required to register online within the specified dates.

The mandatory resit revision lectures and tutorials will be conducted from April 2, 2024, to May 31, 2024, at the Abuja campus only. The examinations are scheduled to take place from Saturday, June 8, 2024, to Friday, June 14, 2024, also at the Abuja campus.

The registration fees for the examinations are as follows:

  • All papers: N120,000.00
  • One paper: N70,000.00
  • Revision programme: N40,000.00

Revision Programme: The Law School has made attendance at the revision lectures and tutorials mandatory for all candidates, except those registering for a single subject. The revision programme will be held at the Abuja campus from April 2 to May 31, 2024. Candidates must attain a minimum of 80% attendance to be eligible for the examinations.

Examinations: The Bar Final (Resit) Examinations are scheduled to take place from Saturday, June 8, to Friday, June 14, 2024, at the Abuja campus.

Registration Process: Candidates are required to pay the registration fees through electronic transfer or at any commercial bank, specifying the purpose as “Resit Examination” or “Revision Programme.” They must submit hard copies of the online registration form, previous Bar Final result, passport photographs, Law School ID card copies, and payment receipts to the Office of the Secretary to the Council and Director of Administration in Abuja by March 27, 2024.

Important Notes: The Law School has warned that candidates who register but fail to appear for the examinations will forfeit the registration fee.
