The Nigerian Law School has issued a statement debunking the circulation of a purported Bar Part 1 bill of charges for the upcoming 2023/2024 academic session.

The management clarifies that the Law School has not yet released its official payment schedule for the specified session.

This clarification was provided by the Head of Academic, Abuja campus, who addressed students during a briefing session. He emphasized that the information about the Bar Part 1 bill of charges currently in circulation is false and cautioned students against acting on the basis of this unauthorized document.

In a case of uncanny resemblance, the Director General (DG) of the Nigeria Law School raised a poignant issue last year regarding an ongoing cycle of deceit perpetrated by students aiming to exploit their parents and exploit gaps in the system for financial gain. This eerily mirrors a parallel incident that occurred the year before.

Prof. Chiroma, the DG, once again found himself addressing the disconcerting behavior of specific students who, in his assessment, were resolute in their intentions to deceive their unsuspecting parents. His observation illuminated a recurring pattern of misconduct that materializes like clockwork, as each academic year sees a group of students embarking on calculated endeavors to extract substantial financial resources from their families.
