Erudite jurist and author, Honourable Justice Alaba Omolaye-Ajileye, PhD of the High Court of Kogi State has formally announced his retirement from the bench while also sending an invite to an event in celebration of this monumental life event.

“It is with a deep sense of gratitude to God that I use this medium to announce to you that I am rounding off my judicial service in Kogi State. By the grace of God, I shall be 65 years old on 15 February, 2023, which is the mandatory age of retirement for High Court Judges,” Hon. Justice Omolaye-Ajileye said.

“I am giving you this notice so that you can keep the dates, as it will be a great joy for me to have you to be part of the celebration of the great event.”
