Former Miss Nigeria and Legal Practitioner, Miss Beauty Etsanyi Tukura, was one of the housemates unveiled in Nigeria’s premium reality TV show, Big Brother Naija, at its opening ceremony held yesterday, 23rd of July.

Beauty represented Taraba State in the 2019 Miss Nigeria beauty pageant.

She was announced among the 18 finalists at the grand finale of the 43rd edition of the beauty pageant at the Eko Convention Centre, Lagos.

According to information sourced by TheNigeriaLawyer, Beauty, the last of her parent’s six kids was born in Port Harcourt, and her family moved to Lagos when she was 2.

She acquired secondary school education from American University of Nigeria Academy in Yola, Adamawa State, and proceeded to bag a law degree from Afe Babalola University.

Beauty’s voyage with pageantry began in primary school. In 2015, she won Most Beautiful Girl Taraba 2015 and emerged as the 43rd Miss Nigeria in 2019.

Big Brother Naija, formerly known as Big Brother Nigeria, is a Nigerian reality competition  television series, based on the Big Brother television franchise, in which, contestants live in an isolated house and compete for a large cash prize and other material prizes, at the end of the show by avoiding being evicted from the house by viewers who vote for their favourite housemates to remain in the show.

The 10-week extended reality TV show will follow the lives of strangers as they interact and compete with each other to win the grand prize of N100m worth of awards, the biggest reality TV show reward on the continent.

Speaking at the premiere of the show, Busola Tejumola, Executive Head of Content & West Africa Channels, MultiChoice Group, said the season promises to be bigger and better.
