Former Chairman of the NBA, Ado Ekiti Branch and the candidate for the post Welfare Secretary, Gbemiga Adaramola, Esq.* LL.M; FIMC, FICMC; MCIARB.(UK), has appreciated all those who supported him at just concluded general elections.
The Nigerian Bar Association yesterday held its elections where new administration were elected to pilot the affairs of the Association in the next to years.
Read his message below;
“Good morning Learned Silks, Seniors and Colleagues.
“Let me use this opportunity to thank and appreciate you ALL for your love, supports and votes in the just concluded NBA Elections of the National Officers and Members of the General Council of the Bar.
“You have surprised me with all the necessary assistance, love and affectionate before, during and even after the Election.
“Your supports cannot be overemphasised, it is my prayer that God Almighty will be your Pillar of Supports when you needed him. Amen .
“I thank God Almighty for granting me journeys mercies during the campaigns throughout the lenght and breath of Nigeria.
“I thank the Leadership of Egbe Amofin Oodua and her members throughout Nigeria and beyond for your supports.
“I thank all the Branch Chairmen of the NBA in Ekiti State and beyond and all her members who are instrumental to the feat recorded. You have shown love and compassion to me in a big way which I will never forget.
“I want to also and specially appreciate members of the Law Officers Association of Nigeria (LOAN), the National Officers and all the State Chairmen for your uncommon supports. We are a big family with a common goal. God Almighty will reward our efforts bountifully and grant all our requests.
“Let me also specially appreciate the Management and all the Staff of the Ekiti State Ministry of Justice, Class ’97 & Pioneer Set of the Faculty of Law, Ondo State University, Ado Ekiti (now Ekiti State University, Ado Ekiti) and the 1999 Pioneer Set of the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja for your unalloyed supports.
“I thank the Electoral Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association (ECNBA) and the leadership of the NBA for organising an election of this nature, which to me, it is seamless and rancour free.
“The final result of the election for me is a challenge to do good more in one’s life no-matter the situation I find yourself.
“I Congratulate Yakubu Chonoko Maikyau, SAN, the 31st President of the NBA. I also congratulate my Dear Brother, A. A. Adegbite, the General Secretary Elect and all the elected National Officers. God Almighty will be with you and lead you right in the conduct of the affairs of the NBA. Amen
“Finally, I give all glory and adorations to my God and Creator. Halleluyah.”
