In conformity with the Corporate Affairs Commission’s powers provided under section 867 of the Companies and Allied Matters Act (CAMA) 2020, the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) has developed draft regulations (Insolvency Regulations) for the conduct and regulation of insolvency practice under the Act.
