*How Kebbi Senator’s Son Was Killed – Kaduna Govt

Mr. Abdulkarim Na’Allah, the eldest son of Sen. Bala Ibn Na’allah, was, on Sunday, found dead in his room in Malali GRA, Kaduna.

The father of the deceased, Bala Ibn Na’allah, is the Senator representing Kebbi South Senatorial District.

The 36-year-old son was a pilot by profession.

The Kaduna State Police Command Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige, confirmed the incident to the News Agency of Nigeria.

Jalige said that the death of Na’Allah’s son was reported to the Police about 3.30 pm.

He said the killers took his car, and that investigation had commenced on the matter.

Narrating how the deceased was murdered, Garba Mohammed, Special Adviser to Senator Na’Allah, told NAN that late Abdulkarim was tied in his room and strangled, while the assailants escaped with his vehicle.

Mohammed said that the remains of the deceased were buried on Sunday evening at Unguwan Sarki cemetery in Kaduna.

He said that the father of the deceased was not in the country.

Meanwhile, The Kaduna State Government has said the murder of Senator Bala ibn Na’Allah’s son, Abdulkarim Na’Allah, appeared to be a case of culpable homicide as he was strangled with a rope.

This is contrary to speculations on social media that the deceased was killed by bandits.

A statement issued by the Kaduna State Commissioner of Internal Security and Home Affairs, Samuel Aruwan, stated that the state government had been informed by security agencies that the remains of one Captain Abdulkarim Ibn Na’Allah were found in his Kaduna home.

“In what appears to be a case of culpable homicide, the deceased was found in a bedroom of his residence Malali, Kaduna North LGA, apparently after having been strangled with a rope.”
“A vehicle was stolen from his parking lot by the assailants,” Aruwan stated.

He added that Governor Nasir El-Rufai had expressed sadness at the reports and prayed for the repose of the souls of the victims and sent his heartfelt condolences to their families.

“The Governor urged security agencies to conduct vigorous investigations towards apprehending the perpetrators of the attacks.

“Security agencies are investigating the incidents,” he stated.
