Signature Law Connect has extended it’s webinar on “The Start Out Lawyer Course(SOLC) for young lawyers.

Recall that the event was earlier scheduled to hold on the 30th of Oct., to 1st of Nov., 2020.

The 3-day virtual course, which is dedicated to helping young lawyers gain requisite skills necessary to starting out their law practices early on their own will commence on 20th Nov. and ends 22nd Nov. 2020, and the time is 4pm-8pm daily.

As unemployment continues to loom in Nigeria, and many more lawyers are being thrown into the labour market, they now need to rise, taking their future in their own hands, creating jobs, beginning their own practices early.

For while many desire pupilage, there are much more lawyers than law firms and the remuneration offered by many law firms is also quite meager.

The course would cover the following topics:

1. The business of law
2. Office and business management for lawyers
3. Brand and media management for lawyers
4. Strategic Networking, Clientele Creation and management
5. Engaging Law as a Problem Solving tool
6. Taking advantage of existing and emerging trends in the Nigerian Legal Space
7. Engaging partnerships, ensuring Succession and growing Large firms.

The Facilitators include:

Mr Olumide Babalola MCiArb(UK)
Ms Leah Molatseli
Mr Jeffrey Adebayo
Mr Lotanna Nwodo
Mr Ayooluwa Oyelere
Mr Ojo Taiwo
Mr Adeyemi Oyedare
