Sabastine Anyia Esq, the former chairman of NBA, Aguata Branch and former Chairman of Chairmen of the 8 branches of NBA in Anambra state has instituted a legal battle against Airtel Networks Limited (Airtel Nigeria) to court, following their user to hack his WhatsApp account.

Recall that TheNigerialawyer reported that Sabastine’s WhatApp number was hacked on the 15th day of February 2020, Airtel customer with phone number ±2349045398460 hacked his phone number 0803264** thereby hijacked all his WhatsApp platforms where they began sending messages in his name using his picture, making the general public to believe that it’s Sabastine Anyia that is sending the said messages.
The hacker sent false messages with the primary intention to defraud people using his name and his pictures, telling them of a business known as Rich Connect Capital Investment where they can get double their investment in less than two hours and soliciting funds from the general public using his name.
On 17/2/2020 Sabastine visited Airtel’s office at Aguata and showed them their customer who is destroying his image and pleaded with them to block the said line but they refused.
TheNigerialawyer(TNL) also learned that on 18/2/2020, Sabastine also repeated the visit to the office of the Airtel this time to their headquarters at Awka Anambra State, they also refused.
In fact, their attitude shows clearly that they are aware and are behind the fraud, Sabastine Alleged.
On the 19th day of February 2020, he served them with the Order of the Court to block the number temporarily, they again turned down the order of Court.
He said for refusing to obey the order of the court that the only option left to him is to drag them to court for damages, blackmail and to stop them from further defrauding the general public using his name and pictures.
