PENALTY FOR ILLEGAL WEARING OF NYSC UNIFORM

In Nigeria, it is an for any person who, not being a person serving in the National Youth Service Corps, to wear the uniform or any part of the uniform of the service corps.

PENALTY
Fine of N1,000 or to imprisonment for a term of six months or to both such fine and imprisonment.

See Section 14 of the National Youth Service Corps Act.
