The High Court of the Federal Capital Territory Abuja has released the full judgment of the Court dismissing the suit filed by Chief Arthur Obi Okafor SAN, challenging the outcome of the 2018 NBA Presidential elections that produced the current President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Paul Usoro, SAN.

In Suit No: CV/2633/2018, the court resolved all the claims against the Claimant.

TheNigerialawyer recalls that the Claimant, Chief Obi-Okafor has dragged 37 persons, including the Registered Trustees of the Nigerian Bar Association, the former President of NBA; AB Mahmoud, SAN, the Chairman of the Electoral Committee of the NBA; the President of the NBA, among others, to the FCT High Court over the outcome of the 2018 NBA presidential elections.
