The Nigerian Bar Association has made available the amended constitution of the association.

This is in line with the resolution reached at the Annual General Meeting of the Bar on the 29/8/2019.
In a press statement signed by the Publicity Team, it is stated that pursuant to the resolution of the Annual General meeting, the amendments shall be adapted to the branch bye-laws.

NBA 2015 CONSTITUTION (AS AMENDED)
Dear Distinguished Colleagues,
Kindly find attached the NBA Constitution, 2015 as amended by the Annual General Meeting of the Nigerian Bar Association on 29/8/2019.
Further note that pursuant to the resolution of the Annual General Meeting, the amendments shall be adapted to the Branch Bye laws and members shall be duly informed.
