Awashima M. Addingi Rejects Just Concluded FIDA Benue Elections, Says Elections Originally Fixed For September 14th A female lawyer, Mrs Awashima M. Addingi has dissociated herself from the FIDA Benue elections that were held on the 7thday of September, 2018. Mrs Awashima M. Addingi made this statement when reacting to the elections in a short disclaimer published under her hand. According ro her, she had earlier indicated interest in serving the branch as Publicity Secretary in the elections which were scheduled to be conducted on the 14th of September, 2018, but was held earlier than the fixed date. She therefore said that she cannot accept the nomination and subsequent election, since she wasn’t present at the elections. The disclaimer has however been corroborated by a notice issued by the Secretary of the branch, T.M.Suswam. According to the notice, the said election of FIDA Benue branch is yet to be held. Below reads the notice: ”This is to bring to your notice that FIDA Benue elections are yet to hold. The elections are billed to hold on the 14th of September, 2018. Take further notice that all offices are to be contested for on the said election date.
