  • 250sqm (Built to DPC): ₦18.4 Million | 50% Deposit: ₦9.2 Million
  • 160sqm (Built to DPC): ₦12.8 Million | 50% Deposit: ₦6.4 Million

The mass-housing scheme is strategically located off Airport Road, Abuja, with daily inspection and allocation tours ongoing from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, now through April 30, 2025. Meeting point is through the VON/Trademore Estate Junction.
