*As FCDA Announces Issuance of Certificates of Occupancy from April 21

With just 15 days left before a scheduled price increment, construction has commenced on plots allocated to prominent legal professionals including Dr. Monday Ubani, SAN (Past Chairman, NBA Ikeja), and Sir Olatunji Salawu, Esq, under the Lawyers In Business Mass-Housing & Land-Banking Scheme in Abuja.

The scheme, managed by the Lawyers in Business Institute, is gaining momentum as the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) announced that Certificates of Occupancy (C-of-O) for allottees of mass housing plots in the scheme will be officially issued starting April 21, 2025.

Speaking on the development, Silas E. Agbara, Esq, Senior Associate at M.I. Dikko SAN & Associates and Director at Solar For All Ltd, reaffirmed the scheme’s commitment to providing affordable real estate ownership options tailored for members of the legal community and other professionals.

As part of the ongoing Ramadan/Easter Special Offer, participants can still benefit from a 15% discount on plot prices valid until April 30, 2025, provided they make a minimum 50% deposit.

Current discounted plot options include:

  • ₦30.8 million for 600sqm | ₦15.4m deposit
  • ₦26.9 million for 450sqm | ₦13.5m deposit
  • ₦19.8 million for 300sqm (built to DPC) | ₦9.9m deposit
  • ₦18.4 million for 250sqm (built to DPC) | ₦9.2m deposit
  • ₦12.8 million for 160sqm (built to DPC) | ₦6.4m deposit

Flexible Payment Plans:

  • 3 months: No extra charges
  • 6 months: 12.5% interest
  • 12 months: 25% interest
  • 24 months: 40% interest

Referral Bonus: Participants also stand to earn a 5% Facilitator’s Fee when they refer someone who successfully joins the scheme.

Inspection and Allocation Schedule:
Daily from Tuesday, April 14 to April 30, between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
