With just 14 days remaining before the new pricing takes effect, interest in the estate has surged, prompting a new wave of inspections and allocations. Allottees are taking advantage of the current discounted rates and flexible payment plans, with many plots now under active development.
In a major development, the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA) is set to commence the issuance of Certificates of Occupancy (C of O) to allottees of the scheme beginning April 21, 2025 — a move that further enhances the legitimacy and investment value of the estate.
As part of the ongoing Ramadan/Easter Special Offer, participants can still benefit from a 15% discount on plot prices valid until April 30, 2025, provided they make a minimum 50% deposit.
Buyers who make a minimum 50% deposit before April 30, 2025, will lock in the current prices and be shielded from the incoming price adjustments. The remaining balance can be spread across up to 24 monthly installments, with flexible interest options:
- 0% for 3 months
- 12.5% for 6 months
- 25% for 1 year
- 40% for 2 years
