The plaintiff in her statement of claim with Suit No: ORACC/898/2016 and dated September 1, 2016 which she filed through her counsel, S.O. Oni Esq; is among others seeking for a declaration that the said boy, Master Emry Aguebor is the biological son of the defendant. In addition, Mrs. Ishiola is praying the court for an order compelling/directing the defendant to undertake a paternity test (DNA) to confirm that the defendant is the biological father of Master Emry Aguebor. According to the statement, the plaintiff lost her virginity to the defendant at the age of 17 when she was an employee (2003-2004) of the said Motel. The lawyer further said the defendant had deceived and lured the plaintiff into a relationship wherein he impregnated her with the guile of making the plaintiff his future wife because according to him, the defendant was not married then. He said: “the upon informing the defendant that she was pregnant, the defendant advised her to have an abortion wherein she refused. “She kept the pregnancy and informed the Defendant’s mother two months later; and at her delivery informed the Defendant that she had a male child- Master Emry Aguebor. But he (Defendant) denied paternity of the said son who is now 11-year-old.”]]>
