In my humble view, being young does not mean being weak or disable to do great things. More so, doing great things is innate in many men as gifted by God.  If they actually think deeply, they would definitely find one great thing in themselves. Discovering what they can do better even without direction, is a potential that they need to bring out in themselves. It is true from Nigerian educational levels that every lawyer is above the age of eighteen years. Therefore, we must all learn from history to understand the positive impacts that some young youths have made which earned them a higher position in life as they move on with their talents. So, in my humble views, I am of the firm opinion that there are many great things that young lawyers can do for themselves, family, Nigeria and humanity. Though, some of these great things require adequate further trainings, nevertheless, I still hold the views that there are so many great things that only require their talents. I therefore advise young lawyers to remain focused and find some times to ponder on what talent that they have and to develop in such talent. If trainings are required to fully utilize such talent, they should engage in such trainings at the early time of their career. More so, time wasted cannot be recovered again. So, creating time to attend seminars and conferences where they can develop their potentials and or develop their ideas is encouraged. Furthermore, several Nigerians among whom have lead this country in her leadership were able to achieve those great impact even at their young age in life. On a final note, I believe that this short paper would be considered by young lawyers and that they would find a time to discover their great innate talents before it is too late. e-mail: hameed_ajibola@yahoo.com]]>
