We advice you follow these simple procedure as hereunder set out;*
1. Keep handy, your proof of payment of BPF and branch dues for 2020.

2. Send your details, i.e name, year of call, SCN, phone number and email to your branch’s official email address, attaching the documents in 1 above.

3. Ensure you comply with these directives atleast before the end of Thursday, 4th June, 2020.

3. Follow up with your branch Chairman and Secretary, and maintain a constant reach with your branch Secretariat to ensure your submitted information is being collated for transmission to National on or before 6th of June as directed by the ECNBA.

4. Pass this information to your friends and Colleagues and urge them to do the needful.

5. Note that having your name alone on the list without your accompanying details is also an issue that needs your attention to regularize.

We understand the pains of not having your name and details in the published list, and the stress of going over this whole process again, having paid all fees that qualify you to vote in the elections. But we urge you to remain calm, endure the stress and follow these directives.

Please do not lose interest, for you can only get things right if you get involved. We must all vote, if we follow these steps. Transition does not always come easy.
