The US delegation, led by the Culture Affairs Officer, Mr Sterling Tilley, was received on Tuesday by the TETFUND Executive Secretary, Prof. Suleiman Bogoro. The US officer, Tilley, said the US government, through its Fulbright Scholarship Programme and the TETFund academic staff scholarship programme, could provide for scholars and students to undertake their Master’s and doctorate programmes in the United States.
