A former Secretary to the Kano State Government, Abdullahi Baffa Bichi, has threatened to expose the state governor, Abba Kabir Yusuf and the leader of the New Nigeria People Party (NNPP), Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso.

Bichi, who was relieved of his position on health grounds following a cabinet reshuffle announced by the governor last December, made the threat while addressing his supporters on Thursday evening, after he returned from Saudi Arabia.
“I’m happy I left the office in peace, but let me be clear: this is not the best time to talk. At the right time, we will expose them,” Bichi stated in a viral video viewed by Saturday Sun.
“I have documents, videos, and voice notes that will show everyone who they really are,” he declared. The former SSG said his evidence would reveal the inner workings of their relationships.
“They don’t know anything except treachery. They can’t be trusted,” he alleged.
Bichi’s fallout with the governor and Kwankwaso became public when he was suspended from the NNPP for allegedly leading a movement to break Yusuf away from Kwankwaso.
Our correspondent gathered that his difference with Kwankwaso escalated following the selection of the chairmanship candidate of the NNPP for Bichi LGA in the recently concluded local council polls.
