PENALTY FOR DISRUPTING CHURCH SERVICES AND MEETINGS AT MOSQUES.
In Nigeria, freedom of worship is guaranteed. Hence, it is an offence to prevent any Pastor, Imam or other Ministers of any religion from lawfully officiating in their place of worship.
Also it is an offence to disrupt any meeting in Churches, Mosques and or other meeting of persons lawfully assembled for worship.
Such offender, is liable to imprisonment for two (2) years.
In the case of the later, a term of two (2) months imprisonment.
See Section 38 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999(as amended) and Section 205 and 206 of the Criminal Code Act.
However, in North Korea, according to the United States Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF) Freedom of religion does not exist and is, in fact, profoundly suppressed.
