The Applicant via a motion exparte moved by her lawyer Chief Malcolm Omirhobo Esq had prayed the court for an interim order restraining Justice Mohammed Tanko from acting as the Chief Justice of Nigeria pending the determination of a motion on notice filed. Honourable Justice Chikere of the Federal High Court, Abuja Division in a ruling delivered on February 4, 2019 refused the application and ordered that the Respondents be served within 5 days.
