The President said in some developing countries, lawyers filed court processes online thereby creating a secure and easily accessible database. The President said, It is unfortunate that court’s archives are in bad situation or virtually non-existent.
The President was accompanied on the advocacy visit by the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Conference Planning (TCCP) Prof. Koyinsola Ajayi SAN, General Secretary of the NBA; Mr. Isiaka Abiola Olagunju, Chief of Staff to the NBA President; Mr. Muritala Abdulrasheed, Mrs. Chinnelo Agbala of the NBA secretariat amongst others.
Responding, the Chief Judge of Kogi State, Hon. Justice Nasiru Ajanah thank the NBA President for the advocacy visit and expressed his delight about the oppurtunities the 2017 Annual General Conference presents to lawyers.
The Chief Judge finally took the NBA President and his delegation round the High Court complex to inspect new facilities.
