NBA Ibadan Branch Member, Bolaji Agoro, Is Dead

The Ibadan Branch of the Nigerian Bar Association, NBA, has lost a member, Mr. Bolaji Agoro, to the cold hands of death.

The story was shared by fmr NBA Ilorin Chair, Mai Akande on his Facebook page. That Agoro slumped during ishai prayer to death on Saturday 17th July, 2021

Agoro was the Secretary of the 2018 NBA Electoral Committee. His nomination as Judge in Oyo State is pending before the NJC.

“DEATH AT PRIMETIME: Another ‘Beautiful One’ Gone!

“Bolaji Agoro fondly called Agoro J. returned to his Creator last night 🌙. He slumped during ishai prayer leaving behind his amiable wife, children and aged mother.

“Mobolaji’s name is pending before the National Judicial Council (NJC) for appointment as a Justice of the Oyo State High Court in attainment of his lifetime ambition, dreams and aspirations to be a Judicial Officer but death cut short his life journey at the prime time. 😳

“Agoro J. had gone from our sight, but never from our hearts. Our thoughts and prayers are with the bereaved family and Ibadan Bar, particularly my condolence to my sister from another mum, Kashifah Oloso Olayiwola.

“May Allah grant the wife, children, aged mother and entire Agoro of Igboho Town the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.

“Our beloved ♥ Mobolaji would be remembered for service to humanity, service to the noble legal profession (he was Secretary ECNBA 2018) and most importantly service to his Maker.

“May Allah accept his return as His righteous servant and grant him al-jannah fridaous (amin)🙏. Òmò Agoro b’ògun bòlu, òrun re ooO 😫😫😫”
