- Provide support to Boards and liaise with board members;
- Organise and prepare agendas and papers for board meetings, committees and
- Annual General Meetings (AGMs);
- Take minutes, draft resolutions and lodge required forms and annual returns with Corporate Affairs Commission;
- Follow up on actions from Meetings;
- Maintain statutory books;
- Participate in Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance-related
- Engagements;
- Participate in preparations for Trainings/Seminars/Roundtables etc.
- An LLB from an accredited university and B.L. from the Nigerian Law School;
- 3 – 4 years’ post call experience;
- Expertise in Company Secretarial services is a mandatory requirement;
- Excellent analytical and observation skills;
- Excellent decision-making skills;
- Legal and regulatory compliance experience is an added advantage;
- Excellent communication (both written and oral), interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills;
- Excellent negotiation, team building and presentation skills.
