To participate at the Yaba Settlement Week (YDSW) 2018 Programme, please do the following;
a. Submit to the YDSW upon referral of your case by the Magistrate.
b. If the Magistrate is yet to refer your case, request the Magistrate to refer your case to the YDSW Programme.
c. Call if your case is not yet in Court and it’s a family, tenancy, banking, debt recovery, breach of contract case (s).
d. In a & b above, fill the requisite Submission Forms, which can be obtained from the Court Registrar’s at the Yaba Magisterial District Courts or the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse (LMDC).
e. Attend the Pre-session Workshop for Parties and Counsel and seize the opportunity to discuss your case with ADR Consultants.
