The branch at its Monthly General Meeting which was held on Friday by a majority vote, unanimously resolved that no lawyer in branch should appear for kidnappers or handle kidnapping cases. TheNigerialawyer recalls that due to the incessant cases of kidnapping of citizens of Ekiti state in Owo and environs, the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Owo branch had on December made a resolution that no member of the branch should represent any kidnap suspect.
