At the resumed hearing of the case on Monday, counsel for the claimant, the Ilajo family, Peter Abah, made a tactical withdrawal of the case saying there was an “Error” he detected in the suit he filed. Counsel for the defendant and the state government did not oppose the oral motion but prayed the court to grant them N1 million and N200,000 respectively for time wasting on the part of the claimant.
