The President of the Court of Appeal, Hon. Justice Zainab Adamu Bulkachuwa, has constituted the Governorship and Houses of Assembly Election Petition Tribunal.

The tribunal is to hear and determine petition(s) that may arise from the forthcoming Kogi State Governorship and Kogi West Senatorial Elections scheduled to be conducted on Saturday the 16th day of November, 2019.
The Secretary of the Tribunal, Umar Abubakar, Esq, disclosed this stating that Secretariat/Registry of the Tribunal is open to the public and is located at the High Court No.5, Kogi State High Court of Justice Complex adjacent to the State House of Assembly Lokoja, Kogi State.
