PROCEEDINGS: An issue arose about service of originating and other processes. Counsel for the 4th to 6th, 7th and 14th Defendants; Olumuyiwa Akinboro SAN, Garba Tetengi, SAN and A. A Mallick, Esq. respectively claimed that though briefed by their respective clients, they had not been served with the processes but were however willing to accept service from the Plaintiff in Court. Chief Emeka Ngige, SAN intimated the Court that all parties had been duly served and proof of service was in the court’s file. The Court stated that since all parties were represented, the matter should proceed. However, because the FCT High Court’s annual vacation would end Friday 09/09/2016 and his lordship would now be proceeding on his own vacation, the Honourable Judge thereafter transfered the case file back to the Hon.
