The publisher must send the books and bear the cost of same. The books includes pamphlets, sheets of musics, maps, charts, plans, tables, dictionaries, newspapers, magazines, year books and compilation, etc. Failure to adhere, is an offence punishable with #100.00 and may be an additional order for delivery of 3 copies of concerned books or payment of value of same to Director of National Library.
