Nzekwe had challenged his sack by the agency before Justice Babatunde Adejumo of the court in Lagos citing as a case of wrongful dismissal by the EFCC. In a judgement today, the Industrial Court ordered the EFCC to reabsorb Nzekwe into its workforce and pay him all his salaries and entitlements since his last day at work for the agency. A ruling is scheduled for December 16, 2015, in a second case of wrongful dismissal filed at the court by another employee, Juliet Ibekaku. ]]>
