A Karmo Grade 1 Area Court, Abuja, on Friday warned and discharged one Eucharia Obiora,36, charged with criminal intimidation and inciting disturbance.
The judge, Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq, discharged the defendant who is pregnant as the parties had settled.
Obiora, who resides at Galadimawa by L.E.A Primary School, Abuja, prayed the court to temper justice with mercy as they had settled their misunderstanding.
Earlier, the prosecutor, Zannah Dalhatu, told the court that one Oby Praise reported the matter at the Utako Police Station, Abuja on Jan. 25.
The prosecutor said that on Jan. 24, Obiora threatened the complainant after a misunderstanding.
According to the prosecutor, the accused also went to complainant’s business premises in order to get attention.
Dalhatu said that the offences are punishable under Sections 396 and 114 of the Penal Code.
