In the suit marked “FHC/UY/CS/44/19” filed by Stanley Okpara, the plaintiff prayed the court to make an order for the removal of Mr. Mike Igini from Akwa Ibom State. Justice F.O. Riman in his ruling struck out the suit on the ground of abuse of court process after the attention of the court was drawn to a similar application filed by the same plaintiff and counsel in Abuja. The Judge deprecated the attitude of counsel for the plaintiff who filed a similar suit in Abuja asking for the same reliefs as the one he filed in Uyo.
