Ondo State Governor, Rotimi Akeredolu has administered the oath of office on Hon. Justice Eunice Aderonke Alade, as the new President of the Customary Court of Appeal in the state.

Correspondent Ayodeji reports that the Executive Council chamber of the Ondo State Governor’s office, venue of the swearing-in was filled to capacity with relatives and friends and colleagues of the new President.
The event gave Governor Rotimi Akeredolu the opportunity to assess the performance of the customary court in the state. He charged the new President to ensure that only -trained personnel are put in charge of the customary court to ensure effective dispensation of Justice.
He also called on the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA) in the state to encourage lawyers to preside over the customary courts
The new President of the customary court took the oath of office, and was followed by celebration galore outside the venue of the swearing-in.
According to the President, reforming the customary court is of paramount importance to her.
The new President can now settle down for effective administration of justice at the Customary Court in the state and make it viable.
