Oye wondered why the tribunal dismissed all the petitions of their candidates in the last National Assembly election. The national chairman announced the resolve of his party at a press conference in Umuahia, Abia State capital. He said: “There is anger everywhere in the state; the people are not happy with some of the outcomes of the tribunal. As law abiding citizens, we will take this matter to a logical conclusion. We will not insult the judiciary, it’s not the style of APGA. We will seek remedies in the Court of Appeal. Our party feels very strongly with some of the judgments, but we cannot do anything. PDP will meet us in the court,” he said. ]]>
