Musoki who graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Risk Management and Insurance from the National University of Science and Technology (NUST), pleaded guilty to committing criminal nuisance in contravention of Section 46 of the Criminal Law (Codification and Reform). According to All African reports, Prosecutors said the 23-year-old student stood up during the graduation ceremony while demanding for employment uttered the unpleasant words ‘mabasa ngaadzoke President’ (Return to Work) three times, before he was caught and pounced on by State security agencies before he was handed over to the police.
