Yusuff Olatunji Ogunrinde Declares Intention To Run For NBA 1st Assistant General Secretary

Dear colleagues, It is my pleasure to intimate you of my noble intention to present myself for the service to our dear association by seeking to contest for the post of 1st Assistant General Secretary at the forthcoming NBA General election scheduled to hold on the 27th and 28th of July, 2018. My decision to contest is spawned by call from both eminent and revered members of our association, who want me to leverage on my administrative astuteness, unrivaled wealth of experience and understanding of the workings and dynamics of our dear association to proffer workable solutions to the enormous challenges plaguing the revered profession; and to assiduously work with other officers of the association for a rebranded association of international standard and best practices, having served Ibadan branch of NBA meritoriously at different times in various capacities, to wit:Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Member Conference Planning Committee etc. It will also not be out of place to state without mincing words that I am currently a member of the National Executive Committee(NEC), which is the highest decision making the body of our association. It is noteworthy that, at this point in our national life where premium is placed on ridding the system of malady that afflicts every facet and fabric of our nation and considering the pivotal role our dear association plays in national development, ideally, the emergence of a breed of leaders made up of an assemblage of men of unfeigned integrity, character, honesty, capacity, track record of selfless service and fresh ideas will not only correspondingly redirect the collapsible trajectory of our dear association, but will also undoubtedly herald an auspicious beginning for a desirable and befitting association of our dream. It is in light of the foregoing that I reverently seek your unflinching support and the litany of members of your various branches and beyond that, you can seamlessly sway to make this a reality.
