The union also commended the following justices; Abubaka Datti Yahaya J.C.A, Abib Adewale Abiru J.C.A, Abubakar Tijani J.C.A, Fetus Obande J.C.A and Akomaya Angim J.C.A for refusing to be used to subvert the will of the people of Gambia through a process that Is only designed with a predetermined outcome. Mr Emeka Obegolu, the vice president of the union said in his statement that the union will continue to stand with the legal profession in Gambia and the entire people of Gambia as they overcome the challenges ahead and deepen their constitutional democracy.
