UPDATED: Ex-NBA president, Joseph Daudu, loses wife

Mrs. Ranti Daudu, the wife of a former President of the Nigerian Bar Association, Mr. Joseph Bodunrin Daudu (SAN), is dead. The petitioner is also praying the court for an order of joint custody of the last child of the family, who is 15-years old. The defending counsel, Femi Falana SAN informed THENIGERIALAWYER that the decease is supposed to give evidence in the case but fortunately died today.
