Maimako stated that students must obtain written permission from him through the registrar, before they go ahead to post such information. “In line with the extant rules of the university, no student is permitted to publish anything concerning the university without the written permission of the vice-chancellor through the registrar,” he said. He also banned any form of indecent dressing, directing security agencies to arrest any student whose appearance was deemed inappropriate.
